appearance Sakura is relatively thin and tall, although that's probably a product of the style in which Tsubasa is drawn. She's fair, with light red hair and bright green eyes. Her hair is cut short and is short of fly away, and has two small longer pieces on the sides. Before the wonderful clone deal in Tokyo, Sakura tended to wear bright, happy colors and frilly dresses. After that, she dresses in a much more gothic lolita-esque style.
abilities Sakura has unnaturally good luck - two characters in the series call her "a favored daughter of the gods", and this is what helps her stay alive so long with her soul and memories scattered across the different worlds. According to Syaoran and Yukito, the High Priest in Clow, she can "hear" the voices of the lonely even if they aren't able to be heard. For example, in the Country of Totems, the group meets a species of natives that look like rabbits, and they tell the group that a monster is terrorizing them. Mokona senses a fragment of Sakura's memories and so the group goes out to find the monster. They realize that it is really a whirlwind, and Sakura stumbles off, muttering that she can hear crying. She speaks to the whirlwind and finds that it's lonely because the power of Sakura's feather is preventing it from moving, and she manages to calm it down enough for them to pass. They retrive the feather and "Whirlwind-san" thanks Sakura by passing her and dropping an armload of flowers over her. She is also able to see ghosts, such as the Princess who was protecting children with the power of one of Sakura's feathers in the Country of Jade. One of her more weak powers is the fact that she can see visions, and is a dreamseer, according to Yuuko. This is how she predicts that Fai will kill her and then the others, then kill himself. This power, however, is incredibly unreliable and something she has no control over. Visions of this type are very rare for Sakura.
weaknesses Sakura's main setback is the fact that her soul and memories have been shattered into feather-like pieces and spread across the worlds. Because of this, she is weaker than she was originally, in fact considerably so. In the beginning, she falls asleep frequently, and even now that she has gathered many of her feathers, she is still easily exhausted. Not only does this affect her physical strength, but her abilities as well. Her "visions" might be more controllable if she had her entire soul, and she would probably be able to use magic as well. Her luck was taken by Yuuko as payment for a wish - this means that she has no protection travelling from world to world as she did in the past. The same kindness and compassion that is one of her best qualities is a weakness as well. Sakura is willing to risk death if it means keeping Fai from losing his mind and killing Kurogane, Mokona and Syaoran. In addition, Yuuko took her memories of Syaoran as payment for allowing the travel between worlds. So, even if she gets all of her feathers back, she will never remember the person who is most important to her.

Singing to only you

Sakura goes through a number of personality changes. Before she loses her soul and memories, she is much like her counterpart in Card Captor Sakura – practically radiating happiness and never failing to bring a smile to other people’s faces. She is described a few times as incredibly warm, and she is very modest and despite her role as princess, relatively normal. It doesn’t take much to motivate her, and once she puts her mind to something she does it. She is incredibly dedicated to her “precious people”, who she names as Toya, her father, Yukito, Syaoran, Yuuko, Fai, Kurogane, Tomoyo and Mokona, and will do anything to help or protect them.

After the loss of her feathers, she’s very lethargic and quiet, but as she regains her feathers she regains her personality, and she begins to develop feelings for Syaoran again, despite the fact that she doesn’t remember their friendship. But after she finds out that her Syaoran is a clone, and subsequently has the vision about Fay, she becomes more reserved and quiet. Her personality is darker, and she wears black constantly. She doesn’t view the real Syaoran as “her” Syaoran, and is very distant with him. Finally, though, before they win the tournament in Infinity, she calls him “Syaoran-kun”, and seems regretful about hurting him. She then leaves and seems a bit more like her normal self, albeit still a bit more quiet than normal.

As a princess of Clow, she possesses a few odd powers: She has visions of the future, though this ability isn’t nearly as powerful as Yukito’s, she can see spirits, and she has amazingly good luck, though she gives this last one up as payment for a wish.
